Eagles Fall To High Point

ROCK HILL, S.C. – The Winthrop lacrosse program fell to High Point at home Wednesday afternoon.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Winthrop scored the first goal of the game for the early lead
  • High Point notched the next 10 scores of the contest
  • Lexi Johnson scored to cut the deficit to 10-2
  • The Panthers scored six more times before the half for a commanding lead
  • High Point used seven goals in the second half to complete the game with a decisive victory
