- Nick Mayfield shot a 1-under 71 in the final round to hold off the field and take medalist honors for his first collegiate victory
- Mayfield birdied his final hole of the day to win the event by two strokes over four other golfers
- Mayfield becomes the first Eagle to win a tournament since Zach Seabolt claimed medalist honors at the General Hackler Championship Mar. 9-10, 2015
- Austin Mosher, Charles Collings and Willis Rogers all three finished T34
- Mosher fired the team's second-best round of the day at 1-over to move up seven spots on the final day
- Winthrop finished 3rd in Par 3 scoring, second in Par 4 scoring and 10th in Par 5 scoring
- Mayfield led the Eagles in Par 3 scoring at even par, Par 4 scoring (+1), and Par 5 scoring (-6)
- Willis Rogers led the Eagles with nine birdies in the event while Mayfield and Collings each had eight
