Pawley's Island, S.C. — Austin Mosher had his first collegiate Top 10 finish to lead the Winthrop men's golf team at the Golfweek Spring Invitational, which concluded Tuesday afternoon.

- Winthrop tied its season-low final round score and posted a season-low 54 hole total
- As a team the Eagles were 6-under in their final three holes combined
- Austin Mosher led the Eagles with a T10 finish, the first collegiate Top 10
- Mosher was 4-under in his final seven holes of the final round to shoot even par
- Ryan Tattan had the second-best finish on the team at T24 as he led the team in the final round at 2-under
- Mosher is the first Eagle to finish a 54-hole event 4-under since Tattan did so in the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate in 2019
- He's also the first Winthrop freshman to finish a 54-hole event under par since Zach Seabolt was 1-under at the 2014 Colleton River Collegiate
- Mosher led the team with 14 birdies (tied for 2nd most among the field) while Rohan Boettcher and Ryan Tattan had the second most on the team with nine
