PRESBYTERIAN COLLEGE SERIES HISTORY
Winthrop and Presbyterian College face off for the 14
th time. The Eagles have won two straight meetings and have a 10-2-1 lead in the all-time series. Winthrop has won each of the last two meetings by the score of 2-0. Dating back to the 2-1 loss to PC in 2017, the Eagles have held the Blue Hose without a goal for over 190 minutes. Winthrop has won five straight in Clinton and are 5-0-1 all-time at PC.

Winthrop earned a 2-0 road win over UNC Asheville last weekend and is looking for a third straight road win this season. Dating back to the 2019 season the Eagles have won four of their last five regular season road contests. The last time the Eagles won three straight road games in a single-season was 2013. The Eagles received goals from
Katie Colwick and
Laurin Uptegrove to earned their second two-goal road win this season. Uptegrove now leads the team with two goals.
Winthrop is right in the middle of the Big South Conference standings and with a win it would become the second league school to reach three conference wins (High Point is 5-0 and in first place).
This will mark the 329
th game in the history of the Winthrop program and 160

th game for the Eagles. Winthrop is looking for a second straight season with a winning mark overall and league play. The Eagles were 8-7-1 2019 and sported a 6-3-1 league mark.
