SERIES HISTORY VERSUS CAMPBELL
Winthrop and Campbell meet for the 14^th time. Campbell leads the all-time series 7-4-2 as the Eagles look for their first win in the series since 2015. In the last five meetings the Eagles are 0-3-2. All-time at home against the Camels the Eagles are 3-2-2.

• Eagles have been shutout in back-to-back games for the first time all season

• Freshman Anna Kate Highsmith leads the Eagles in scoring at 0.92 points per game and ranks 7^th in the league

• Freshman Valentina Mosquera is second on the team in scoring (3g, 2a) with eight points
• Sophomore Izzy Giarrizzi has been in goal for all but 19:24 this season and is 6-5-2 with a 1.33 goals against average

BIG SOUTH AWARDS
Abbie McCrea – Freshman of the Week

• McCrea led the team with four points on the week in two road games
• Started the week with a late goal in the 3-2 loss at High Point
• Followed that up with two assists in the 4-1 win at Hampton

Anna Kate Highsmith – Freshman of the Week

• Scored three goals in two games to help the team to two victories
• Scored the game-winning goal in the 89^th minute in the win at Gardner-Webb
• Scored two goals in the final seven minutes of the game in the 2-0 win over USC Upstate

Jessica Gengler – Defensive Player of the Week

• Scored the game-winning goal (golden goal) in the 3-2 win over Alabama State in the season opener
• Played outside back in the game as she netted her first collegiate goal

Emma Smith – Freshman of the Week

• Came off the bench to score the team's second goal for a 2-0 lead
• Played a total of 40 minutes in the game, including starting the second half

TEAM CAPTAINS
Senior's Laurin Uptegrove and Bella Hovis have been named team captains for the 2021 season. Both Uptegrove and Hovis have been regulars either off the bench or in the starting lineup in their first three seasons.

SENIOR DAY
Winthrop will hold a "Senior Day" recognition during the pregame of Saturday's game with Campbell. The Eagles will recognize Haley Hocking, Bella Hovis, Alexandra Perez, Laurin Uptegrove, Lexi Sheely and Mackenzie Scandrett.

Winthrop will wrap-up the regular season on Wednesday, Oct. 20 at 6 p.m. when it hosts UNC Asheville.
