LAST TIME OUT
The Eagles and Bulldogs met on February 2 and Winthrop suffered a 70-36 loss. The Eagles had their second-worst shooting night of the season, hitting only 22 percent of their shots from the field.
Courtney Hagaman was the only Eagle to reach double figures with 10 points.

SCOUTING UNC ASHEVILLE
UNC Asheville is 12-11 on the year and 7-5 in the Big South and is coming off a 51-45 victory over Presbyterian Tuesday night. The Bulldogs had dropped two straight since beating the Eagles before Tuesday. UNC Asheville has struggled on the road this season. The Bulldogs are 10-1 at home but 2-10 on the road.
ALL-TIME AGAINST UNC ASHEVILLE
Saturday will be the 75
th all-time meeting between the Eagles and Bulldogs with UNC Asheville holding a 41-33 overall lead in the series. The Bulldogs have won four straight over the Eagles and Winthrop's last win over Asheville came January 24, 2017.
