- Winthrop moved up three spots in the final round to tie for 2nd with fellow Big South member USC Upstate
- Freshman Sarah Funderburg turned in the top overall performance for the Eagles as she shot a final round 75 to finish in a tie for 9th
- It is a career-best finish for Funderburg as he previous best was T17 at the Gardner-Webb Shootout (Also a 36-hole event)
- Senior's Morgan McClaugherty and Julie Reinertsen tied for 25th while sophomore Alexis Brindley finished T49
- The Eagles shot the 4th lowest team score in the final round to help move up to T2
- After being 16th in Par 3 scoring in the first round, the Eagles led the field in Par 3 scoring in the final round at even
- For the tournament the Eagles finished tied for first in Par 4 scoring and tied for 6th in Par 5 scoring
- Winthrop finished 3rd among the field for total birdies
- Funderburg finished the tournament +2 in Par 4 scoring, which was the second best
- McClaugherty finished the tournament T7 in Par 5 scoring at -1
