EAGLES AT A GLANCE
Winthrop last hit the field on Thursday, September 14 as the Eagles fell 2-0 on the road to Davidson. Sophomore Allie Thomas has led the Eagle attack so far this season, netting three goals while fellow sophomore Gabi Hull has found the back of the net twice. Sophomore Kelly Horan has played all 662 minutes in goal for Winthrop this season, allowing an average of one goal per contest.
SCOUTING RADFORD
The Highlanders enter Saturday's contest with a 7-1 overall record. Radford won its first seven contests before falling Sunday 3-0 on the road to St. Francis (PA). Juniors Jessica Wollman and Jasmine Casarez lead Radford in points with 16 and 13 respectively. The Highlanders currently rank 13th in the NCAA in scoring, averaging 2.75 goals per contest. Lexi Dean has appeared in all but one game this season, accumulating the majority of minutes in goal. Dean sports a .792 save percentage while allowing 1.54 goals per game.
SERIES HISTORY
The Eagles are 5-8-3 all-time against the Highlanders. Winthrop fell 5-2 at home last year to Radford and last picked up a victory in 2014.

Following Saturday's conference opener, the Eagles will return home to Eagle Field for the first time in nearly two weeks. Winthrop will host Longwood on Wednesday, September 27 at 6 p.m.
