SENIOR RECOGNITION PRIOR TO THE MATCH
Before its final home contest of the 2017 season the volleyball team will recognize Keaupono Fey, its only senior.

SCOUTING UNC ASHEVILLE
UNC Asheville is 5-6 in conference play this season and are on a two game losing streak. They are 1-8 on the road and won their last game on the road. They will be playing Charleston Southern on Friday before making the stop at Winthrop. Cara Guthrie leads the team with 296 kills while Kailey Hackett has 370 assists and Carter Kennedy has 327 assists. Madisen Zyburt leads the team in digs with 247. UNC Asheville beat Winthrop earlier this season 3-0.
SERIES HISTORY
This will be the 71st meeting between Winthrop and UNC Asheville as Winthrop holds a 41-29 lead over the Bulldogs.
