ROCK HILL, SC—Daniel Revivo, a former standout men’s soccer player at Winthrop University, has signed a contract pending USSF approval to finish out the regular season and playoffs with the Richmond Kickers, the organization announced on Tuesday.

Revivo joins former Eagle teammate Henry Kalungi, who has been a starter in the defense for Richmond all season long. Revivo is coming off an appearance in the 25th Summer Universiade held in Belgrade, Serbia where he scored three goals in six games for Canada.

The Richmond Hill, Ontario native hopes to boost the Kickers offense, which is averaging around two goals a game. He was added to the roster along with Edson Elcock, a former All-American from Old Dominion University.

Richmond is back in action on Wednesday, July 29 as it travels to Harrisburg, PA for a 7:05 p.m. match-up with the Harrisburg City Islanders.
