ROCK HILL, SC--The Winthrop men's and women's tennis teams defeated visiting Campbell University in non-conference matches at the Winthrop Courts on Wednesday.
The 73rd nationally ranked men won 4-3 and improved their overall record to 10-2. The Lady Eagles, ranked 63rd nationally remained undefeated as they downed the No. 64 Lady Camels 4-3. Winthrop’s women improved their overall record to 12-0. Next up for Winthrop will be a women’s match at North Carolina State this Friday at 2:00 p.m.
