Erin Lehman (volleyball/1998-2001) – A four-time Big South All-Conference selection, who finished her career as the program's all-time leader in kills (1,505) and digs (1,522). Her record for digs still stands and is more than 200 than the next player and she's currently 6
th all-time in kills. Lehman is only 1-of-2 Winthrop players to be a four-time all-conference selection. Lehman became the program's first ever 1,000 kill, 1,000 dig performer in a career. Lehman also ranks among the all-time leaders in service aces, career points, and total attacks. In 2001 she set the single-season record for digs with 463, which still ranks among the Top 10 as of the end of the 2024 season. In 2000 she helped the team earn the program's second title game appearance ever. Lehman was also named to the 2001 Big South All-Tournament Team and the 2000 Big South All-Academic Team.
