She is a member of the class of 1986 and was a two-time NAIA All-American in 1984 and 1985 while playing the shortstop position. In 1985 she was also selected to the NCAA Div. II All-South team. She ranks among Winthrop’s top 10 career leaders in five categories—runs scored (151), hits (200), total bases (271), stolen bases (67) and bases on balls (61).
