Jeanne Stroud has been named the Big South Conference Choice Hotels Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week following her performance in last weekend's adidas/Winthrop Invitational.
 
Stroud, a junior from Charleston, SC, finished fourth overall in the 31-team event and was the first place finisher out of 13 schools in the South Carolina Intercollegiate Championship as she posted a time of 18:18.55 on the 5K course.  She was also the top finisher from the nine Big South schools that competed.
