Winthrop University Athletics

Steve Rivard, a sophomore from Goose Creek, SC, was chosen the  Big South Conference Men's Runner of the Week.  He took home the South Carolina Intercollegiate Individual Title with a time of 27:21 on the 8K course at The Citadel Invitational.  His second-place overall finish fueled the Eagles to a first-place team finish at the event, their third-straight team title this season.
