Mizenko tossed a career-high 6.0 innings against the Wagner Seahawks in Winthrop's Johnny Gill Memorial opener on Feb. 25. He allowed only one hit, which came in the first inning, did not surrender a walk and struck out six batters. His previous career-long outing was 5.2 innings and came against the VMI Keydets last season in the Big South Tournament. The six strikeouts tied for the second-highest in his career.
