Cooks was named the Big South Conference Player of the Week for a second consecutive week.

Cooks averaged 23.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.0 blocks while leading the Eagles to victories at Longwood and at home against Campbell this past week. His performances helped the Eagles extend their winning streak to six games and into a tie for first place in the Big South standings.
