Chelsea Dantonio, a freshman from Lancaster, NY, led Winthrop to the Winthrop Intercollegiate championship at the Rock Hill Country Club as she finished in a three-way tie for medalist honors after firing a 36-hole score of 148 (76-72).  Earlier in the week she was selected Big South Conference Freshman of the Week after her fourth place finish in the Wofford Terrier Intercollegiate.
