Sophomore Babe Thomas was named the Big South Conference Player of the Week for the week of May 3-10.  Thomas started all four games behind the plate for the Eagles last week. He hit .500 with seven hits, a double and two home runs, which is the second highest on the team. Thomas drove home seven runs with three coming from his home run against ETSU on Wednesday. He walked three times and had an on base percentage of .611.
