ROCK HILL, SC--Winthrop women's basketball coach Kevin Cook has coached on the collegiate and  professional levels and played college basketball, so he knows the demands and pressures that come from competing.  But for Cook, who will begin his fourth season at the Eagles' helm  this fall, he has been in the biggest fight of his life for the past eight years after being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.  And now, he is winning the battle thanks to a surgical procedure known as deep brain stimulation that he has undergone since April.
