ROCK HILL, SC-- The dates for the Winthrop adidas tennis camp in South Carolina have been announced as two different sessions will be offered in the month of June.

The first session will be June 17-21 and the second session will be June 24-28. The camps will be all day affairs beginning at 9:15 a.m. on the court and instruction off and on through the day until 5:30 p.m. There are three options offered as campers: Overnight ($645), Extended Day ($495) and Day ($395).

The overnight camper provides the complete camp experience which includes room and board, as well as a week's worth of tennis and evening activities that includes movies, mini-golf and tennis fun night.

If campers don't want to spend the night, then the Extended Day option allows you to get the most out of your camp experience with lunch and dinner, as well as the tennis and evening activities.

If you are just interested in the tennis, this is the option for you. Price includes lunch and a week's worth of instruction from the best coaches in the country.

Some of the highlights of instruction will include videotape analysis, one-on-one instruction, mental edge training, conditioning and nutritional programs, goal setting worksheets and guest instructors and lecturers.

The adidas Tournament Training Camps were developed to provide advanced junior players with an opportunity to become better tennis match players and improve their tournament results. Every tournament player in any age group will benefit from these intense camp sessions. Players will train with other motivated tournament players and compete against each other in a constructive, fun, and well-organized camp setting.
